THE BACKSTORY ON THIS MOTORHOME & WHY IT IS FOR SALE NOW

Shared to Help Someone Feel Comfortable & Confident in Choosing this Motorhome For Your Life Journey

Clipart no background.png

This Motorhome was purchased in 2016 as a second owner. We rarely ended up using it. This past summer we fixed it up thinking to use it for a long trip but due to some medical issues we are now selling it instead. I live in St. Louis, Missouri but before putting this up for sale we did make the trip out west to stay at the Malibu RV Park for awhile. I feel this is relevant to share because not only did we do everything possible to get this RV in perfect working order, with all the little kinks and issues the house part of RV's get over the years, but we just drove it across the country and had time to use everything in the motorhome as well as know that the engine drove perfectly through the mountains and all the way to Malibu.

Not only did we do the work to get this RV in perfect order, even when we knew we might sell it we continued to address any and all little things that may pop up with the idea of of passing on this vehicle that has meant a lot to us, to someone else feeling good to know we are passing it on to someone with the confidence that they can jump right into it and get right into enjoying it themselves. The only issue the RV had driving across the country was the alternator went out which was annoying for us, but for whomever next it doesn't hurt to have a new alternator. Even though the old vinyl was a bit worn from the sun, we still waited until after we were done using it to put in the new seats so they would be absolutely brand new for the next owner. We have receipts for all the new work done, all of which was done or ordered so recently that all of it is still under manufacturer warranty for some time.

To be clear, everything on this rv is ready to go. All the faucets and water system, slide-outs, drains, the kitchen appliances, side and rear cameras, fans, air conditioners, heaters, water heater, the power transfer between shore and generator and electrical system throughout, as well as everything else, has either new parts, or been tested and is in great working order. The RV is currently stored at an RV covered storage in Simi Valley, and we are happy to answer any more questions and meet out where the RV is if interested in checking it out.
